Duncan Roofing Concepts completed not one but two roofs for me. In both cases they went to bat for me with the Insurance Company to insure the replacements. Their professionalism and workmanship was outstanding and I would highly recommend them for any job, big or small.

Mr. David Husted of Duncan Roofing Concepts roofed our home in April 2011. We had weather damage from one of the hailstorms that hit North Texas every spring.
David met the adjuster at our home and went over the repair and cost details with them. His assistance was instrumental in getting the amount of coverage that was provided by the insurance company.
The repairs were done in a timely manner with quality roofing materials. David also assisted us in getting other work done that was not part of the insurance claim. This made it very easy to deal with one contractor instead of trying to coordinate the work among several contractors.
When North Texas was hit with severe storms in April of 2012, David came by the house and did a courtesy inspection of the roof. The roof was fine, but the skylights had damage. Again, David helped arrange the replacement of the skylights, even though his firm did not perform the work.
Overall, we were very pleased with the work done and especially the service provided by David and his company.

Want to thank Duncan Roofing for the great job they performed on our home.
Damaged by Texas hail storms, our roof needing replacing, and the personnel from Duncan met the insurance adjuster, spent what seemed like hours climbing on the roof with adjusters (more than one arrived), discussing the entire damage, and made sure we received all the insurance company should cover. It was more than I expected.
Duncan made sure our roof was replaced correctly, changed out skylites that were damaged, and installed new gutters, then helped two neighbors get new roofs from their insurance companies. One neighbor had been denied several times, and Duncan Roofing Concepts was able to get another inspection, and get them a new roof also.
The project was completed quickly and professionally, they cleaned up well, and we could not have asked for more.
As a former General Contractor, and now full time Real Estate Professional, I encounter many roofing companies on a regular basis, and none of them has impressed me like Duncan.

Last year after moving into our building we had several leaks appear in our warehouse. We
had several roofing companies look at our roof and informed us that we needed a total roof
replacement. After just purchasing the building we really did not want to replace the roof if we
didn't have to. We had Duncan Roofing Concepts come out and do a thorough inspection of
our roof and provide us with a bid. They gave us a bid to repair the roof which would give us a
few more years out of our present roof until we planned to replace it.
After accepting the bid, Duncan Roofing Concepts proceeded to repair all of our then present
leaks and some potential leaks in a timely and efficient manner. I found Duncan Roofing
Concepts to be an honest and reputable company accommodating the customers' needs and
concerns as opposed to just replacing our entire leaky roof.
I will contact Duncan Roofing Concepts for my future roofing needs and would recommend
others to do so as well.

Duncan Roofing Concepts inspected my roof after having some leaks in my office building. They came
out and on inspection informed me of some storm damage and advised me to file an insurance claim. I
did so and when the insurance adjuster came out Duncan Roofing Concepts (also a licensed insurance
adjuster) came out as well and pointed out the storm damage to the adjuster and was instrumental In
getting my damaged roof replaced by my insurance company.
I would highly recommend Duncan Roofing Concepts to anyone to inspect, repair and/or replace your
roof with or without an insurance claim. I found them to be professional, reasonable and provided
